Good burger. Service did not match standards. From incorrect orders to people inconvenienced by me there to address my need.
I ordered the bacon double cheese burger. There was hardly any meat on it. The fries was small and hard. They don't have waiters... anymore. You have to order at a kiosk on a computer. I would have been happier and fuller it I would have went to Wendy's nextdoor. Read more
We stayed in Pearl for work recently and, having had an excellent Steak 'n Shake experience in the past (at another location),... were excited to have another. There were several issues, however. This particular location was out of relish, among otheringredients and/or add-ons, at the time of our visit. There was, additionally, no other option than to order at the kiosk. Thesethings are not generally disheartening enough alone, but there were also problems with our order. I ordered a cotton candyshake and received vanilla, and we requested honey mustard and did not receive it. Thankfully, these issues were resolvedwithout issue. Furthermore, I received something other than the garlic Steakburger I ordered, and the burgers were verydisappointing. In the past, we received large, satisfying burgers at Steak 'n Shake. My boyfriend ordered a double burger andhad to search for the second patty; it was ridiculously thin. For this experience, our order was overpriced at approx. $26. Idon't normally write a review unless I have an exceptionally good or disappointing experience. In this instance, I was reallylooking forward to Steak 'n Shake and was let down. Read more
-10/10 service. employees were standing around not doing anything. asked for take out gave us dine in. the chicken tenders were... hard and burnt definitely microwaved. fries were hard most definitely dead and should have been thrown out hours prior. out of alot of items on menu. all of the tables were dirty and were never whipped down. spent 20$ on food i couldn?t even eat. the onlycook in the back was wearing yellow crocs without socks which is not only very unprofessional and gross but very illegal. saveyourself and do not eat here ever. staff is trash, food is even more trash. please shut the place down and replace it with achick fil a, respectfully Read more
I went because in the past Steak and Shake was a good place to eat.. Not any more. The burger tasted good, even though it was... made wrong per my request. 8$ for skinny cold fries, a burger the size of a happy meal burger, meat and cheese on a bun, and acoke, is not what I consider a worth that price meal. I wouldn't recommend it for the food. Don't know how the shakes are. Iwon't go back. Even my son warned me that it sucked. He was right. I guess I expected it to be as good as back in the day. Stopped by passing through town. The place looked clean but my burger could of been better. It tasted a little old. Onion rings... were good. Staff was nice and friendly. Read more
Miss parmesan Fries ???? ????. Really good! Steak n shake is improving the way they do things!
I didn't have to wait long for my food, but my fries was cold when I made it home. Also asked for no onions and saw them on my... burger. The shake was good though. Read more
