Now, it is a rarity for me to give such a low score to a restaurant. Having worked on many rungs of the career ladder within the... restaurant business, I can empathize with the daily struggle that often exists behind the counter and on the floor. That beingsaid, this Taco Bell deserved this rating for one simple reason: zero customer service. At the very least, bad day or not, yourrole as a service industry professional begins and ends with customer service. Food was a sloppy mess. The employees don't deserve to get paid if they prepare people's food that way. I ordered a quesadilla.... The cheese was not melted. They are supposed to grill until the cheese is melted. Would not recommend this taco bell to anyone.Had quite a bit of problems out of the taco bell in pearl. They can have the one star. Went to pick up mobile order and was told restaurant was closed and had closed 1 hour earlier (store hours show as open until... midnight online and in the app). The app showed that they prepared my food and wouldn't allow me to cancel. The staff would onlysay that they were closed and to call the 800 number which is also closed. If I could give this place no stars I would. First off the employees are rude as hell. They tried to rip me off I ordered a... crunch wrap and a $5 box and they didn't give me my crunch wrap so I drove back threw the drive Thru and the lady at the windowgot nasty with me saying I gave you your crunch wrap and I tried handing her the receipt and she turned to a man in there andsaid this girl trying to say I didn't give her the crunch wrap and the man said I know I gave her the crunch wrap and said herejust give her this one and the lady practically threw it and the receipt at me. The manger/team lead was being rude for no reason. I understand business get food rushes which lead to them getting back up. I... honestly did not care about the wait time or I would have simply left, especially since I did not pay. She was make petty littlecomments and assume because I was stand that I was rushing them. I didn?t realize standing was an insult in Taco Bell. Thehighlight of all this was how the other staff members were being friendly and I understood life happens.
