I'd give Kozo zero stars if I could. There aren't many options for sushi in my area on ubereats. I've been a customer for years... and have had mostly good experiences (I give them the benefit of the doubt on weekdays when the rolls aren't always as tasty)and have ordered from this location a few times in the past few weeks. I have never had an issue with an ubereatsorder. Tonight, my driver asked to verify the order contents twice at pickup, due to the size of the bag, but was toldeverything was there. Due to restrictions, he's not allowed to open the bag to physically verify. Everything was NOT there. Iordered 8 items and 3 were missing. Ubereats doesn't provide a lot of options and the store doesn't really get involved with theorder. I will get a refund of the missing items, but not the delivery cost...which is high for what I got. So, I'm not orderingfrom kozo ever again. Huge disappointment. Idk if it was laziness or what, but when I called the store, my concern wasn't takenseriously, even though the error was on the store completely. I'll stick with Genki and Kuru Kuru in the future. I wish I couldinsert the genki sushi logo here. Read more
Mostly rice, not REALLY sushi. Also, waited 20 mins but only 2 other customers inside. This is my 3rd bad experience at this... specific location. They WERE good before, but I can not recommend them. Please try Sumo Sushi instead, they’re better forsame price range! Read more
This Sushi spot is always a treat. (Fast feed) not dinning. Sushi on the run, picnic etc.
Pros- cashier was polite and timely service Cons- although I had paid extra, the cook in the back ensured she was audible enough... in regards to she’s only giving me 40grams extra spicy ahi although I paid 4$ extra. Asked for ginger, none was received. Theoverall taste wasn’t the greatest, I got ahi don and it was 1 third poke and 2/3 of diced cucumbers. I should’ve gone toFoodland instead honestly. 2/10 rating, so it’s doable but I wouldn’t go here again ??????????? Read more
$31 sushi platter, simple rolls with some cucumber and radish. No fish of any type. Not soy sauce or wasabi. Not worth my money.
4 stars for location. Prices are reasonable for sushi and they serve other entrée other than raw fish if you don't particularly... care for sushi. Read more
