This location has a quick drive thru with two ordering lanes during peak hours, I thought that could have led to order confusion... but they've never messed up my order. With that out of the way, my orders are regularly lukewarm, not hot. It's verydisappointing. The only reason I still go is it's a better location than the one near Lehua Ave. Read more
I ordered an Oreo McFlurry and got it with the cookies all sitting on top, and was told ?we are out of spoons, and that is why... we can?t mix it up correctly. I also ordered a vanilla ice cream cone and the cone was so stale, it seemed like it was notstored for freshness and had been sitting out for a long time. When visiting this location, be very aware and double check yourorder for both accuracy and freshness. I would not recommend the drive-thru in case you need to get something fixed orexchanged. ..RONALD who was at the register was very enthusiastic and full of energy!!! ..the kind of person that every business should... have on their team!!! ..exceptional customer service!!! ..came in to the restaurant to try the Glazed Pull Apart Donut and justneeded a large cup of ice for my Coffee that was in my car but ended up getting a Diet Coke...got to serve myself!!!???????? ..Idecided I would dine in since the dining area was quite empty...and finally open!!! ..the Glazed Pull Apart Donut tasted likeany other donut...decided to bring the rest home so I could heat it up - would taste better if warmed...
