Great tasting food. Quick service.
Overall our family likes Raising Cane's, however something this visit made me take off a couple stars. The place was busy so the... cashier was taking and filling orders. None of the employees were wearing masks and the cashier sneezed on top of four orders.We ordered our food to go so it had a little less chance of grossness... Food was fresh and hot. This review is based on eating in and before the lunch rush. The experience was AWESOME! No line, menu is small, cashier was... nice and helpful, quick to take my order. Bathrooms are clean, single person. The wait wasn't tremendously long, but as longas we did wait, it was totally worth it. Ordered the Caniac combo and the sandwich combo. Whenever you eat fried foods, yougotta eat them fresh, they're the best when fresh. Cannot explain the tasty, the breading was super crispy, but not enough tocut the roof of my mouth. Fries are crinkle cut, crispy outside soft inside. They have a fountain machine that gives those cutesmall cubed ice that is super easy to eat. They also have three different teas, ketchup machine, ketchup cups, straws, lids,salt, pepper, napkins, forks! Like how Wendy's used to have them. Don't get me wrong, I love these self serve items. Had to see what the hype was about with Raising Canes. Got the Caniac Combo with their sweet iced tea. 1 star for their Dr.... Pepper drink because thats the 1st Dr. Pepper that I have had from a drive thru that actually didnt taste flat and the otherstar was for their bread. Chicken tenders had no taste at all and was very dry. Also tried their sweet iced tea and I must say,walmarts sweet iced tea tastes way much better then this iced tea. Here in Hawaii we have so many different foods from all overthe world so when you bring your business here you better make sure you bring the flavors. Raising Canes for me was such adisappointment. Food good....fries and chicken was good....ambiance is great....price is ok....
Place looks new. The chicken was moist. Fries a little on the salty side but tasted fresh.
