22sep..Place sucks, came 20 min after "opening" for breakfast....no answer on the drive through, workers were there. Went inside... and asked if they were open...they were. Wouldn't take my order inside...was told I had to go back through the drive through. Read more

Service was good, nuggets were a little weird today. Kids didn't even want to eat it but the rest of the order was great like... usual. Ohhhhh but the price increase was a Lil steep! Read more

Recently remodeled. Haven't been there since they reopened. Staff always friendly food is good and service is fast!

If made freshly food is great there are a few times in the rush that an order was missed but over all. They try their best.

i custom ordered 2 chicken sandwiches: cheddar bacon spicy & cheddar bacon grilled with extra lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle,... and condiments. both sandwiches were room temperature and normal sized. only 1 lettuce and tomato was visible in bothsandwiches. mobile order was NOT ready at 7:30 and only was prepared when i arrived. no immediacy was coming from staff, andno remedy was offered for 10 minutes while i waited. Well, this location was a very trying experience (Pearl City, HI). Wendy's restaurant all in all are 90 - 95 positive. They are... a decent fast food operation, with tasty food. Great menu selection, mobile app always has special discounts and promotions andemployees are well rounded. So, even though this particular visit was a 1 star experience, gonna chalk it up to bad"weekend-evening" management. Used the mobile app, order place and paid for 15 minutes prior to my arrival for pick-up. Stood atthe counter for 12 minutes before anyone greeted or asked me to hold on, as all staff (Crew of 6) ignored me at "pick-up"counter. Other waiting guest at the "order" counter got the same treatment. I finally blurted out, "hi" ... I'm here for mymobile order. Young gentleman, slowly acknowledged me and said, "need to make these drinks 1st" and turned away. 5 minutes later(he took care of guest at order counter (this is 17-18 minutes later, while standing right in the front position). At the 22 minmark, he final put my order together and slide it out to me, just to find out ... it wasn't my order, but for the drive thru.During that time,, only myself, 1 couple and 1 other individual standing there for a 30 solid minutes ... no exaggeration! WhenI did received my order, bag was ripping because, the chili lid wasn't closed. Needless to say, I wasn't about to wait and havehim change the bag. Got home 10 minutes later and food was cold. I guess we were really hungry, because we ate it all and stillenjoyed the food cold. So, here's 3 stars, because Wendy's has mostly been a decent quick meal ... just not this time. Read more
