I used my points to get a supreme pizza. When I got home, it was a cheese pizza, I returned it and ask for my supreme pizza. I... was told no, by the "It's Pat". I walked out, leaving their cheese pizza on the counter. I just went to Domino's for pizza thatnight. I will never go to any Pizza hut again. I will be going to any pizza place, except pizza hut. The quality just continues to decline. Paid $20+ for a large Pepperoni pizza that had maybe 8 slices of Pepperoni on the whole... pizza. Read more
These amazing ppl. No matter the time of day, how busy they are, how hectic my children are lol?Pizza Hut in Pearl river has my... back. I know it sounds weird. But. I have 3 kids and a full time job. I?m ordering from here AT LEAST once a week. They know thekids, so I can send the kids out to interact w em. Let?s them have some independence and it?s a solid learning technique withoutthe fear of my kids being snatched. The food is always top notch. I could write a book here about how grateful I am to theseppl. It?s more than a Pizza Hut to my family. Corporate needs to give everyone in this building a raise. Less than terrible. Last two times we ordered it took over 2 1/2 hours for delivery. Never got the last order.
Really wish there was another pizza place besides this one. Can't tell you how many times they are out of something or the fryer... is down. How do you run out of marinara? Also they will be closed randomly in the middle of the day. Guess the staff is justthat bad. Good ole Pearl River. Read more
Customer service is seriously lacking. When the STORE MANAGER says "have a good night, a$$&@le" as you're walking out the door,... is absolutely unacceptable! First and last time we will ever order from this store! Read more
Okay..a week ago..I was on the phone with a male employee who said he was the manager..he actually hung up on me ( the manager... is actually a female ).. reported it to her and she knew who it was..I couldn't believe my eyes when I went back a week later topick up my order.. he's still working there.. it's very fusterating sometimes and I get that..but not that..( OVER ALL )..I wassatisfied with my order..but they really need to a get more professional staff.. They say the order is ready the 45 mins later tell you 10 more mins. Get better management
