The best thing I did all day was come into this Baskin Robins! I came in with my family to see if I could have a ?gender reveal?... (I just had an ultrasound) ice cream cone made for me. Since this is my 5th child, I wanted to do something fun and sweet tocelebrate. Plus, I wanted to find out in private. I came in and explained to Jamari exactly what I wanted, and she superdelivered. She made me the prettiest cone with tiny pink hearts inside (my first and only girl is on the way!!!!). It made meugly cry to find out the news in such a truly delicious way. The best ice cream in town with the best service from such abeautiful soul. I will never forget how special she made me feel in that small moment. Especially after lame coldstone looked atme like I was nuts when I asked if they could make me a simple cone. I will definitely be back to Baskin Robins. It willalways be such a special place to me and my family now. Read more
Ordered their speciality cakes online from BR website, they made a sad looking cake for daughters birthday. Disappointed.
Stopped in few days back with my cousins and we really enjoyed the ice cream and the staff was friendly. They gave samplers to... kids to taste before we order. When we got there around 9:30pm, all the chairs were upside down and closing time usually around10pm. No issues for me, because we had planned to order the ice creams as To Go. Read more

Huge let down: do not buy icecream cakes for adults here. I am guessing if it is a child and not important if they choose... what colors and how and all... then fine. But if it is for an adult who is near death and the situation is sensitive, noamount of calls and explanations will help. They do what they want and do not care to make the situation right. I evenasked if they could at least remove the sprinkles. No. Exchange? No. ... nothing. I drive from 2 hours away and had ordered3 days in advance and called in to make sure they understood what I was requesting since the online order system only allows for20 characters. I thought after a lengthy e plantation and asking them to repeat back what I requested.... silly me! Thoughtthey heard me. The 6 to 8 person cake serves 2 adults. They are not concerned in the least.
