Takeout. Mild was definitely spicier than expected, and the 6 piece wings was missing one (only got 5). But overall good.
Went to Buffalo wild wings in Pearland to watch the Astros world series game. The atmosphere was good but the food not so great.... I ordered some buffalo chicken tots which had no chicken. So if you order that make sure you keep an eye on if there's chickenin your order. Second thing the place is not well lit I could not see my food or I could not even see the menu. I literally hadto turn on my light on the phone just so I can see the menu. The place is too dark. Restrooms were completely dirty, both ofthem and we let them know but no one did anything about it. A lot of the workers were just standing around doing nothing whenthe restrooms could have been cleaned. The service was good. I definitely will not be going back and do not recommend thisrestaurant to anyone! Find yourself somewhere else to eat. Somewhere where the place is better lit. Who likes eating in thedark? Not me! came in for dinner everything was okay until the end. gave the waiter a gift card and cash. He said oh you won't have to pay... much well he cashed out all of my cash (50$) and only took a few bucks off the gift card. Then tossed the card in the trash . Iguess he wanted to take the rest as a tip. The quality of this place has really gone downhill in the 5 years I?ve been going to eat here. Just paid $14 for an ?entree?... salad that had only one small, dried out chicken tender on it. The wings my boyfriend got were dry as well & way too salty. Theyalso had the audacity to charge us for the refill on his soda. There are much better wing places out there & we will not beback. It's okay to be honest. The wings were not hot and we had to ask twice for extra wet the lady who served us seemed to be having... a bad day and wasn't very helpful. We wanted to give it another try as our previous experience wasn't too great but as we wantedwings we said let's try BWW. We got their traditional wing offer which was buy one get one free however we wasn't allowed tomake them all flats or even have them crispy, due to company policy?!?! However we was allowed to have them extra wet but aspreviously mentioned this wasn't the case. The flavour we had was spicy garlic but the taste this time around wasn't as great.We was very disappointed and didn't finish much of the wings as it was cold. I'd hope that the manager reading this can dosomething about this so we can come back otherwise I don't think we will as we don't want to be dissatisfied a third timearound. Read more
I wanted to have a buffalo salad and decided to try Buffalo Wild Wings. The employee at the front register was very friendly... and helpful. My salad was supposed to come with bacon and green onions, but they were not on this salad. Next time I will betrying something different. Read more
The service was horrible! We had a table of 7 people. We were celebrating a 50th birthday! Our bill was $254.29. Plus, $42.28... gratuity! Total $296.57! We did the right thing as far as tip goes, but it was not earned at all! We were there from 7-9 p.m.!They weren't even busy! At one point I asked for a glass of water and I was given a take out cup with no ice! We weren'tleaving! I didn't touch it! I put it on another table!
