First I have to say the lady in the drive thru was in such a positive mood for it being late (10:06pm). I believe her name was... Lennise. She was super nice and got our order to us pretty quickly. Our food was just as we asked and looked and tasted prettygood. Be careful at this location my son ordered the bacon king meal and I ordered the value cheese burger. After biting into the king... hamburger eating some of it my sin noticed the bun was green my son showed it to me! I looked at my burger and same thing!Mildew on the bread and surely thru saw this when they fixed it. I went to the counter with the food and told the manager Iwanted my money back she took the meal I threw the other in the trash then she asked for the value burger back I told her yousaw me throw it in the trash she said in order for me to give you your money back for that one I need it! I told her well youcan go get it out the ???? if you want it. I asked for the general manager numbers she said she was the assistant Manger. Isaid don't ho there give me my money back now the bread is mildew and your serving this to customers, I informed her that Iwould also be putting this review for others to see. Then she gave me my money back. It's crazy that she's looking at this Nastymildew food and has the audacity to want me to go get the food out the trash even after she has the other mildew food. Every time I come here these lazy workers always give me cold food??. This is horrible?? Cheese not even melted??
Look at your receipt and check the pricing on your order. I was in there yesterday and the price on my receipt before tax vs.... what was on their menu board was a $1.77 different. The manager could not explain why there was the difference. He refunded methe difference and very accommodating. Read more
Maybe I have out grown fast good places. Ordered a burger, it was cold and just not enjoyable. I paid about 6.50 for just the... sandwich and could have went to other places and paid a few bucks more for much better quality. The drive thru menu is abouthalf of the online menu. Went through the drive thru and the guy was super rude. I asked if that was all for my order and he ignored me. I drove off and... I was missing a fry, i went inside and he just threw me the bag like it was my fault HE forgot the fry. Not coming hereagain!!!!!???????? Horrible. I order a single bacon cheeseburger and got a double cheeseburger. The hamburger look like It has been sitting... there, not fresh! I called to discuss the mistake on my order and the girl that answered was rude. Horrible service! Read more
