Bad service!! To start off they put us right next to the kitchen, the last booth next to the kitchen, the whole time we heard... the kitchen laughing and screaming clearly playing around (and it wouldn?t have been a problem but, it makes us think that thefood was taking long because of that). We had to get up and get our own silverware because it was missing forks, we got slideras appetizers which were greasy af. Then we had to wait 45 min or more for our food (only two plates) and when we finally gotour food, it was not done how asked, our medium steak was well done, the fajitas were chewy, the rice was raw and hard. We wereso disappointed with that service. We didn?t even finished our food, we just wanted to get out of there, never going back. Read more
We visited the Pearland Chili's on our way home from the airport. The food was mostly good. Fries tasted old, but we just didn't... eat them. The service was lacking, too put it nicely. The restaurant was nearly empty so we were confused as to why there wasnobody to seat us when we entered. Then, once seated it took at least 5 minutes before the bartender told us, from behind thebar, that he would be with us in a minute. Another couple of minutes go by and he comes to take our whole order. 5-10 minuteslater we finally get our 3 teas. When we finally got our appetizers it was only 3 or 4 minutes before all of our other food cameout. The bartender was back behind the bar so 3 other girls brought the food out. I'm not sure where they have been, but theyweren't waiting tables or seating people before õ after this appearance. We got no other service until the meal was over. Verypoorly timed service. Coming back from out of town we stopped at this Chilli's in Pearland and definitely had a good time. The waitress took good care... of us making sure we got our food on time. Had their mushrooms burger and loved it! Read more
The restaurant was at about 20% capacity, and we were told we couldn?t be seated for another hour. When asked to speak to the... manager we were told that she was cooking and couldn?t speak with us. We finally got a table and the server was superaccommodating and friendly. Happy hour drink was good even though the bartender didn?t listen to our modifications(no salt)until round 4. The worst part is I can?t give zero stars. I ordered curbside this evening. My fiancé went to pick up the order and came home... with the most simple bag and one drink. So I?m thinking ?Okay they forgot a drink?. I look and 2/3 of my ?3 for $10.99? order ismissing so I go to check the receipt and it is HANDWRITTEN on the back of someone else?s receipt! I was told my order would beready by 8:56. It wasn?t done until 9:30 and not a simple ?I?m sorry we?re running a little behind? NO when I contacted thestore , the manager immediately offers a refund without introducing himself, no ?I?m sorry about this ma?am?. These lazy,complacent employees at this location have caused 4 very inconvenient experiences and I swear there won?t be another. I?m no oneto normally complain but for a $33 order, I got $10 worth of food. Let me clarify what I ordered versus what you saw in thephoto because the photo is exactly what I received. I ordered the 3 for $10.99 with the Cajun chicken pasta, no green onions andextra toast, extra sauce and extra cheese on the side. I ordered a mango iced tea and a side of sour cream to go with my chipsand salsa. I got pasta with green onions AND a mystery meat of some sort. I?m absolutely disgusted with these people. Read more
Convenient location and enough parking spots. Not very impressed with food and service. Waiter was not friendly and taking lot... of time to bring the water or anything we ask. May be an intern. We had to ask for everything like straw, silverware,napkins? Finally the check came with additional orders in final amount and had to explain them to correct it. Side note - When Idiscussed about this bill issue with my friend, he told me a similar experience from this same Chili?s. So just be cautious,before you pay???? Read more
I will Never eat at a chili?s restaurant ever. This location served me an imitation chicken breast. My son burger was so raw. I... highly recommend the health department to make an unexpected visit. The food was very cold and disgusting. The waitress was veryrude and not friendly at all. She ignored us many times. Please people do not eat here Read more
if i could give a 0 star i would! there was hair on the window by our table ???? the lady who sat us sat us at a booth for 4... when we were a party of 7. not to mention the table was dirty, it had not been wiped down. they got almost all of our orderswrong. never coming back again! my brothers chicken still had blood and all of the food was cold. we had asked to speak to amanager and the server said that they would come out and the manager never came out we waited atleast 10 minutes for themanager.
