We took my daughter there with her friends to celebrate her birthday. The service was fast and efficient - a thousand times... better than the Chipotle on 518 and 288. The food was delicious! (We went out of our way to go to this location because the518/288 location - much nearer to our house - is so slow and inefficient. This location had less than half the number of staffworking there but they worked more than twice as fast.) Read more

Every table inside the restaurant was dirty as was the drink counter.. There were no napkins. The trash cans were all full. The... first person in the serving line seemed to have a one word limit to his responses. Never did he smile while we were there. Thesecond person in the serving line was cleaning the counter with gloves on then attempted to touch the cheese for my tacos withthe same gloves. She was willing to change the gloves when I pointed it out but should I have had to? Read more

Normally decent... but we door dashed some food from here today and have found four hairsin the food, and one on the inside of... the taped bag. I'd give it three stars because it's not bad Chipotle aside from the hair condiments. I door dashed because Ididn't want to put clothes on. Just ordered through Uber app, spent 65 bucks. Ordered burrito bowel extra steak that cost and extra $5.65. rice, beans, etc.... What I got was a hand full of chicken pieces, and a bowel half full. The second burrito bowel was the same, half full and wrongingredients. You can't call them to see who's messing up thr orders to get it fixed, no such number exist. $65 dollars for smallportions is not what I expected. Need a refund thank you. Read more

They kill me how they will have 6 ppl in line yet they are only. concerned about online orders. Won?t greet you or anything! I... ONLY eat at this location because I like Chipotle and I work in the area. Their customer service is HORRIBLE and the KIDS behindthe counter have absolutely NO sense of urgency. Came here for lunch. There is limited parking however you can just park next door. The entire dining area and entrance was super... clean. The staff were helpful while ordering although had to keep telling my server to add more food per serving while i wasbuilding my bowl. The quality of the food was good and fresh. The veggies were fresh. The drinks were good as well. The pricingis reasonable. Sat here and ate and felt totally comfortable even during Covid. We will come back. Read more
