I ordered 3 burrito bowls on DoorDash for my family and I. When my food arrived 2 out of 3 of the bowls were freezing cold like... it was previously in the fridge. This has happened before so no big deal I?ll just warm it up, but when I warmed up my bowl andstarted to stir I noticed I didn?t have any meat! I ordered 3 bowls with chicken. So I drive to the restaurant, wait in a longline for 30 minutes and tell the manager what happened. He was unprofessional and had a bad attitude. He asked if I wanted mybowl remade and I said yes. No one ever offered an apology for completing messing up my order, or the time and money I wasted byhaving to go to the restaurant after using DoorDash. This is completely unacceptable. I?ve had orders incorrect before from herebut this time was the worse. I missed dinner with my family because I had to go back and be inconvenienced because of somethingthat was not my fault. Disappointing experience we had. The prices for the new meat option was too much for low quality meat that was chewy and hard to... eat. This particular store did not have pico, lettuce, or cheese. When it asked if there could be a substitute with queso theydenied and required the extra charge. I asked if they can ask the manager and they wouldn't even do that. Other locations offersubstitutes at no cost to make the customer happy. What I asked for was still cheese. In addition the staff are not friendly andthey look miserable working there. Amazing burrito bowls! Can't get enough of the beans and cilanto rice. The meat is juicy and tender and the cheese is an... absolute winner when you have it in your burrito bowl! I'm not too big of a fan of the peppers though. This place is unique dueto the fact that you can customize your food and I will keep coming back for more! Read more
This location is by far the worst I?ve ever experienced and unfortunately is the closest one to my residency. The staff gives... off the energy that they?re working against their will and that you?re bothering them. However, it could be that they?re treatedbadly by their management and maybe they are just passing on that experience to the customers?not sure, but this is veryunfortunate because I love the food and the concept at Chipotle. 0 stars for Jocelyn (name that was given to me), but the name on the receipt said Judith. How you going to charge for... ingredients on a kids plate. When the food wasted in my vehicle previously, was because the kids plate wasn?t secure. All Iwanted was the ingredients to be in a secured container. I then asked if she could just put the sauces, sour cream on the kidsplate so I wouldn?t have to pay extra, she then ask me where would she put the sides at. Look at the 2 empty spaces available. Very disappointing each time you order online. The food is packed like it?s dog food and they don?t give you what you paid for.... Several times I have paid for double meat and they offer me barely any at all. And when you get there to complain, there is thisparticular girl over there who is so rude to you. And this has happen several times. If you can go in person or don?t buy atall. I have been to other chipotle places and it?s nothing like this!!!!! Very disappointing. Read more
I don?t know why I continue to give them a chance over and over again. They can?t even give you want you request or paid extra... for. I paid for guc and got nothing. Requested cheese and salsa and got nothing. Read more
