We were in the mood for a nice ice cream shake and decided to stop here. The two girls inside looked like we bothered them just... walking in and basically said 'what do you want?' Not exactly buts that's how it felt. They weren't rude per se, but certainlyno hospitality, hello or welcome. Getting ice cream or a milk shake at a place like this should be more enjoyable. We will goget a Blizzard next time instead. More bang for our buck, and certainly would have enjoyed it more than this experience andshake. Read more
The same tasty & rich cold stone ice-cream? great quality. The employee didn?t pay attention to what we were saying even after... repeating multiple times & she filled the order incorrectly. She handed in cups that have ice cream melting all over- had to putthem in new cups. She was so focused on her phone while charging my credit card, to the point that she mistakenly trashed astapler along with papers. Stapler was then taken out of trash. Read more
Great service. On a busy weekend everyone serving at the counter had welcoming smiles and got the orders right. Great choices in... terms of ice creams but also ice cream cakes. Prices are comparable. Quality is good. Place is well maintained, nice andclean. Plenty of parking. Love the cheese cake fantasy ice cream in a cone. The small portion are just right enough to satisfythe craving. You got to try it. Read more
Really friendly staff. They will accommodate any ice cream flavor to your liking! Even the pickiest of palates. The portions are... HUGE. Next time, I'm going small. I recommend cookies and cream, and mint chocolate chip with waffle cup. Read more
Went in yesterday around 2pm ish and I felt like customer service needs to be worked on. The worker was very standoffish to me ,... she or he (not sure ) needs to work on their attitude . I normally give tips because there are young workers there but not thistime . My ice cream came out pretty good at the end . Read more
Unsanitary and careless. Order online but stayed there 15 extra minutes because they gave me the wrong order. Then they chose to... put bowl that sat on the counter top in side the lighter waffle bowl that I'm supposed to eat. Which also crushed the wafflebowl. To top it off, one of the pints was laid in the bag on its side and spilled. Now I'm cleaning my car. It was trash beforei left the parking lot. After all this, i chose to take my losses. One of the best customer service one could have is here with Cold Stone. We just barely made it by 9:56 Pm as they were closing... and we were craving for this sweetness and the girls over there happily accepted us and said yes sure we could do get youwhatever you like from the menu. Honestly I was pleased and humbled by the servers. Really great flavour and full of sweetnesswith rich cream in every spoon and bite. For sure will see you again before close timings. ???????? If I could give this place negative stars I would. I REALLY wish I was faster with my camera to take pics/videos because I was... so disgusted and disappointed after I had ordered two to-go bowls of ice cream, only to get to the register and see roachesrunning from under the receipt tape holder. At least 3 of them were visible, with one running right out on the counter inbetween the napkins and the back of the register. This was Saturday evening 11/12/22 and I drove there specifically for a loveit sized cake batter bowl. There were 2 people sitting and eating already so I tried not to make a major scene but heck nah,this was completely unacceptable. The most confusing part for me was that when I told the cashier, she didn?t look surprised atall. Not even when I asked her to cancel my order. The other young lady had just put lids on the bowls and I told her she couldkeep the ice cream because there were roaches on the counter, and she looked more stunned that I didn?t want the ice cream.Maybe what I said needed time to process in her mind cause I had to say it to them again. And point out the roaches. I get thateveryone who works there are teenagers, and teenagers can sometimes be a little junky, but these were roaches?.close tofood?that people eat. ABSOLUTELY NOT.
