It's an IHOP. The staff is really attentive though and that counts for a lot. Though the location seems to run out of stuff a... lot. At least one item per time we've gone has been unavailable. Anyway the workers are always wonderful. Read more
Completely unsatisfactory. We had breakfast for dinner. 2 Tbone steak dinners. The steak was dry, the eggs were wet. We did not... eat the eggs. We weren't offered new eggs or 5% off, NOTHING. My husband ordered the French toast with blueberries. THEBLUEBERRIES WERE FROZEN or so cold that they had frost on them. We got the toast and my pancakes to go. We truly had enough ofthe entire meal. I let the server know that the steak was terrible and that the chef should NEVER touch another steak. Whilechecking out I took the blueberries to her and let her know they were frozen, she asked if I wanted her to wrap it up to go.Huh???? Sweet girl BUT I think more should've been done to ensure we were satisfied. At least more than NOTHING. She did notprepare it herself so we still gave her a $10 tip on a $33 meal. Read more

It's a Saturday night so they must of had a good rush and short staffed. Most of the tables were dirty except for the meeting... room that felt like a meat locker. The host was very nice and he tried to make things right. The poor waitress looked reallyfrustrated and overwhelmed but she was also nice. I'm not sure why they didn't have someone bussing the tables. You can tellthey were trying. They did get our order slightly wrong but by that time it didn't matter anyway. You will wait for about 10 to15 minutes for someone to service you and another 20 for your food at least. Again, I feel they were just short staffed.Hopefully they can get more help as they seem to generally be trying to do their job as best they can. I will say the young malewaiter that just came in seemed to be on top of his game. Keep the good ones! They are hard to find! Read more
Incredibly dirty. After multiple tables were served food and we still hadn?t received ours, asked to speak with manager. After... ten minutes, were told she was cooking but had been told we wanted to speak with her. She finally came to our table and told usshe was giving a discount ($4). Will not be back. Read more

They took 1 hr 30 minutes to bring the food when they bought the food it was cold and missing items and the mashed potatoes were... looking like grits. The manager told us that it was the waitress's fault when the poor guy was very attentive and doing his jobright. The kitchen was at fault the manager was rude and didn't admit that the food was bad. We were the only ones inside therestaurant a group of 10 of 4 kids and 6 adults. Very very disappointed with the food and management!! Read more
