Second time with poor service so had to comment. Early breakfast (around 6am), not one other customer in the store. Took the... order promptly, but for an empty restaurant the order (just two people, all breakfast food) took long to come out. Never gotany drink refills, had to go to the host stand to ask for a to go box and our check (after asking passing waitstaff who ignoredmy requests) then had to ask again for out check. They seem to take care of what seemed like "regulars", chit chatting andtopping off their drinks. This was almost the exact experience on our previous visit. Protein Pancakes and Eggs are some of the best things ever. I'll say the the added fruit and sugar is a bit much, but everything... else was great! Server was attentive and kind. Good place. Read more
Unbelievable... there's a picture with the hours on the door. This server informed me that no one else is inside so he going to... wait until 6 to open the lobby... I'm also not the only one who got turned away. I would've rated 0 stars, but you have to getone for a review. Do better Pearland IHOP. Read more

I wish I could say better. It was busy so I don't blame them too much. Sat us on a broken rocking table that kept getting bumped... by passersby every 3 minutes. Kept asking to get moved but they ignored us at first then when they did move us, our food wasgiven to another table( not even to the table we left). Saw very little order and all chaos. I was in IHOP in Silverlake in Pearland. and we waited 45 mins for our food and they just made our food. The manager said our... food order was just put in 29 mins ago. And then when we finally got our food. It was 6 people and 1 person didn't get theirfood at all. So the manager said he wasn't charging for the one meal and that wasn't the problem. The problem was the customerservice and us having to wait for our food and it still was correct. Everybody will be finished eating before I get my meal.Nobody meal was correct. We are so frustrated. My experience was not great. My server (R) was the worst. She had several tables that came in after me they ate and left. She... never once apologized for the delay in my food nothing! I paid $3.19 for a Sierra Mist and only got one. She never asked if Iwanted a refill nothing. I?ll never come back to this location. My food looked like it was sitting under the warmer. I?m justover these waitresses. Your service dictates your tip. I DO TIP! All black peoples aren?t the same contrary to what is said. Read more
