Tacos or freshly made the curly fries could have had a few more big fries in there than small pieces
Ordered #29 silver dollar pancakes and eggs. I told her to keep all the hash browns because I don't eat them. I asked for... butter...no butter she said. I work across the street so It was still warm when I tried to bite into one of the pancakes. I hadto spit it out because they were so hard and chewy. The eggs tasted like a grill that got too hot and the butter burned. Thebacon was floppy and wet from the laying in the egg juice. I couldn't even take it back because I didn't have the receipt. $8in the trash. I will make better choices from now on. No more Jack in the Box-Pearland. Read more

Very disappointed. No one was there in the lobby, but still had to wait 5-10 minutes before someone came to the register. That... was only because someone set off the drive through notification so they had to walk up. I could see two people talking in theback but could not get their attention. Ew the string cheese looking item is lettuce. The top of the lettuce is so old I can break it down like dry herbs just gross
35 minute wait in the drive through... and it was only 3 cars. How is this place still open, always have issues. Slower ticket... time than an actual sit down restaurant. Read more
Great customer service and a staff that went above and beyond. I needed water due to my pipes being shut off. I asked if I could... get water, (100+ gallons) and I would pay them for it or work it off in some way. They generously agreed when other places saidno and they didn't even charge me. It was just a great show of generosity that so many places of business have forgotten about.Thank you so much. Read more
