Great customer service this evening. My wife and I wanted a lettuce wrap burger and they were out of leaf lettuce. We said we... would be okay with a bed of lettuce but the Manager walked down to Krogers and came back with enough lettuce to make us ourburgers. Delicious! Cajun seasoned wings are also top notch. Fresh, juicy burgers are the highlight here and Jax doesn't disappoint in that arena. The beef is a grade above most of the... competition, too. The fries and onion rings leave a bit to be desired and if I were you, I'd pass em right up because by thetime you're done with this burger, you won't need 'em. The food is still pretty good however the prices have gone up dramatically. The small burger used to be 1/3 pound and now it?s... only 1/4 and it?s like $2.00 more. A small burger and fry will run you $16 which is outrageous to me. Read more
