We visited this store, and employee Richard, who took our order was rude and ignored us several times. Rolled his eyes!
Ordered 2 sandwiches, chips, drinks, and the pickle online. 28.00 plus 7 dollar tip. Delivery was supposed to be at 11:45. The... order showed up at 1 pm. Even called to see what the hold up was they had no answer. Food shows up, the drinks are flat and icehas melted. The sandwiches, which were supposed to cold were lukewarm. Sandwiches had 1 piece of meat on them, the tomatoes werechopped bigger.The pickles were not included. I emailed Jimmy John?s, they sent a generic email back saying the stores areindependently owned and they are not responsible. So there is that. You want to get ripped off go to this restaurant. On 12/27/21 @ 345pm, I observed the Jimmy John's worker rolling out bread dough with his bare hands, no gloves. He then placed... the bread on the pan and put them into the oven. I was so grossed out by this that I told another customer to go ahead in frontof me. He then took that customers order and pressed buttons on the cash register without washing hands in between making breadand taking orders. Needless to say, I walked out a very dissatisfied customer. Please hire employees that believe in cleanlinessespecially with it being a pandemic and all. For all I know, he could have COVID and have easily transferred to the bread makingeveryone who eats your sandwiches sick. Jimmy John's please do better. Read more
Here I am again, with Dijon on a sandwich I ordered regular mustard on. This store has some unhealthy obsession with Dijon... mustard and absolutely will not take it off any sandwich you order. Read more

The sandwich was delicious ???? However they didn't have a bigger variety of stuff to put on my sandwich. Or a big selection of... sandwiches. I got the #7 sandwich.. I like spicy. The bread was super fresh. If you want quality come here. If you want a biggervariety with less quality go to subway. But subway doesn't hold a candle to Jimmy John's. And that's a fact.
