This was our 2nd time here and our first time to bring our teenagers. They bothe loved it. The Mac and cheese is on point! I'm... not a steak eater but both my husband and son got the wet aged ribeye medium rare and medium rare plus and I sampled both. Bothcuts of meat were cooked to perfection and juicy. Other than not getting a table an hour after they opened (I think because of how I was dressed), it is amazing! Bartender... Emilio was extremely attentive. Incredible service by all the staff. Always wanted to try out this place but never had the occasion. Finally got to dine over here. It was definitely an experience.... To be upfront, prices are steep so this would be a place you'd want to come for a special occasion. Pros: 1. Good ambiance anddecor. 2. Great selection of meat cuts and wine. Expensive cuts but the flavor says it all. 3. Wait staff is great. Friendly,takes the time to explain the menu, and attends to the table often. 4. Valet parking although it's really notnecessary. Cons: 1. Not exactly a con but I need to mention - prices are quite steep. Dinner for a party of 3 came out to beabout $450 with tax. Ouch! 2. It would be nice if side dishes were not an extra that I need to buy. Heck, if I'm paying $75 fora New York Strip, a side or salad should come along with it. Read more
My goodness, where to start... I've never had an item on the menu that wasn't ridiculously good, drinks included. The rosewood... ranch filet I got is what prompted me to type this review though, as it was the best steak I've ever eaten. No exaggerationwhatsoever. Perfectly seared outside and perfect temp inside. If I were rich I'd be here everyday, probably until I was brokeagain. Food was really good and the sides were shareable. The only reason I dinged them was the seating arrangement where they split... our small party into two groups even though there was plenty of room to rearrange the tables to make a single big one. Read more
The food is delicious and the service is impeccable. We had the asparagus, scalloped potatoes, and macaroni and cheese as... sides. They could have been a meal in themselves. The oysters on the half shell were delicious as was the bone marrowappetizer. The steaks were perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is lively but relaxing. Read more
Killen's Steakhouse serves some of the best steaks in the area!!! They also have a good selection of side dishes and you cannot... go wrong with any of the dishes. I did notice the wait staff are energetic and have a great work ethic. Their dessert menu isawesome also. Read more
We went for my husband’s birthday. When we arrived everyone was very nice and attentive. We love that they have complimentary... valet. There was a birthday card at the table when we sat. We ordered old fashions and they were very well made. The waitermade sure to ask us our desired base and offer some recommendations for the drinks. We order the pork belly for an appetizer.It was very well seasoned and delicious! Would recommend. My husband ordered the dry-aged ribeye and I ordered the beefWellington (a favorite of mine) both were cooked exactly to temp and were delicious! Although both were great I would stronglyrecommend the beef Wellington. We also ordered the carrot cake and bread pudding. Both were great but I would argue the carrotcake took the top on this set. All of the staff were amazing the entire time. We will definitely be returning. Also, the bararea was packed from the moment we walked in until we left. This makes me think just popping in for a snack and great drink witha friend or coworker is also worthwhile. Read more
