0 stars!!! No communication with me whatsoever. I paid for the wrong food bc the lady taking drive thru payment couldn?t care... less to repeat the order, next window man handed me wrong food and said i paid for the wrong order. Ordered a large coffee andgot a medium bc they ran out of large cups, wasn?t told that either. Gave me all my soggy food and no communication about what ipaid for and the original cost. They really need to reconsider some of their employees and management. Couldn?t even tell youhow much i spent bc i wasn?t told anything until i checked my bank account. Read more
Very very slow, rude, lazy, dirty, food is horrible, I think the person that gave me my order was the manager I?m not sure but... she seemed like I was bothering her because she forgot all 3 of my drinks. She gave me 2 and got even more mad because I said itwas 3 not 2. They make people order from the kiosk and still get orders wrong. I got fries instead of apples on my happy mealsand regular chicken sandwich instead of spicy. They never get anything right. I even saw a few people coming in to complainabout the food they ordered through the drive through. They need help! Somebody please fire everybody here. They don?t clean andeverything is gross. Horrible Horrible wait 10-18-22 around 8:30pm. BOTH drive through lines wrapped around the building. The entire parking lot is... so dark, horrible lighting. Little to NO lighting outside!!! Cars were leaving. It's was the only location on my route so Istayed in line for 2 Happy Meals. BOTH were messed up!!! I SPECIFICALLY asked for the cheeseburger with NO ONIONS AND NO PICKLES& they put both in my childs burger! Then they gave a 4 piece nuggets in the other meal instead of the 6 piece!!! Waited 20 min for food while others after us received meals, then waited an additional 30 min for them to bring us a missing... happy meal. Consistently receive no ketchup or bbq sauce with meals even when asking. Read more
My drive through dude was in the bathroom so had to wait. And you might as well just slap a $10 bill down and say surprise me,... because you're not getting what you ordered anyway. Want 3 packets of sauce with your nuggets? Too bad, you're gonna eat thosedry. I try to lower my standards/expectations drastically when going to any McDonalds, but, this place is a straight dumpsterfire. Read more
On Google maps and on the store website and on the window, their posted hours read that they are open daily until midnight. I... took orders from everyone at home and set out to get late night munchies for all. At 11:30pm staff was inside of the store andthe register was on, but they would not take drive through orders. A staff member literally ducked when I drove up to thewindow. Totally ridiculous! There were other confused vehicles who had come and were refused service. What a joke! Read more
Just left the drive thru at this location. All of my food was absolutely DISGUSTING! My toddler loves McDonald?s fries and... nuggets but spit out the fries immediately. The fries were old and tasted like cardboard. The chicken nuggets and apple pie wereundercooked. Get new management ASAP. Read more
This has long been the worst McDonald's in the surrounding area. It is worth your time to drive to one of the other locations.... You will always asked to pull to a side spot to wait for food. As if was made to order. Something is always out (today it wasDr. Pepper and Sprite). Something is always wrong with the order when you get back. How is asking some one to pull to a sidespot and then having an employee dedicated to walking meals out one at a time 60 yards round trip any faster than just servingit from the window? It's terribly inefficient and a terrible customer experience. Today other customers were having to parallelpark as they were waiting for food as every side spot was full. Read more
