We love this frozen yogurt ice cream. Try it !

After purchasing our ice cream (at the Pearland TX Menchie's) and heading over to a table in the store to sit down and eat... we... were told the chairs couldn't be used as they were already out up for the night. The store still had an hour until close. Wewere told it was policy. Seems a little suspicious to me and more so of not wanting to put up chairs at closing time. If ittruly is a policy... that is a silly policy and needs to change. Read more

There were visible baby roaches crawling on one of the machines I wanted to get yogurt from(dang I hate I didn't think to take... pictures for proof, I was just literally shocked to see that). I did tell the guy behind the counter what I saw, but as he wasabout to go check, someone was walking up with a cup to purchase. Anyway, I thought I could ignore it (dumb move on my part),and decided to purchase some soft served yogurt anyway, now I can't get what I saw out my mind, and this yogurt is going intrash. I worked at Sonic as a teenager and every night we would have to break the machines down, clean them with a solution, andsoak the nozzles and spouts in hot water. Menchie's needs to do that asap. Clean and hip place, great for a dessert visit after dinner (see my MOD Pizza review). Many flavors that change with season... though low sugar option really doesn't have much variety (reasonforlower star rating). Kids love it which is main reason wewould go. Read more

When I first came here a year ago, the yogurt was creamy and silky smooth; nowadays the yogurt is always icy. I kept asking the... staff as to why the yogurt is icy nowadays and I was met with defensiveness and aggression by what I assumed was the owners'daughter. Fast forward to a few months later and the icy quality has not changed. Way too overpriced for the poor quality ofyogurt that you get. $0.59 per ounce is already steep as it is. Staff and yogurt were nice but not a lot of flavors in my opinion. There's about 8 flavors of yogurt, not enough of fresh fruit... toppings but a lot of candy toppings. The price was unbelievable.
