We visited last night and the food was mediocre. They have a large menu but it was just so so. We had a party of five (5) and... they automatically charged us an 18? gratuity and did not tell us anything. We spent well in this restaurant (160.00) but forthem not to tell us about the added gratuity is criminal in my eyes. They would have gotten this anyway but to add and not saynothing is wrong. for a carne guisada, meat stew, was good indeed. the meat however, could have been much more tender and easy to chew. but... overall, the food was delicious and the service, outstanding how the waiter treated me very nice. the restaurant has beautifuldecorations all over the place. ohhhh i love the bathroom doors, beautiful pictures or drawings. i recommend this restaurant. Good food, good prices, nice atmosphere! The staff is kind, answers all your questions and is incredibly helpful in helping you... pick something out from their massive menu! Moreno?s Mexican Grill is a one of the best restaurants for food quality, taste and staff. This is not a place that charges high... prices and low quality food. It is authentic Mexican food. The place is super nice inside and out. Very nice features. You canalso watch the game on many TVs. They have a bar as well. They are COVID-19 friendly. Which means you can feel and be safe. My family and I found this restaurant by accident. We had not read any reviews or anything before coming here and we can... honestly say that it was the best thing that happened to us tonight! We went in and the hostess Brenna (I apologize if I spelledyour name wrong) was very kind! We then got to our table and our waitress Beto was very helpful. He was very prompt with ourfood and always kept checking us making sure everything was okay. The food was delicious! We got the Shrimp Enchiladas, thePollo Loco, and Kids Burger. They were honestly the best choice we made! Let?s not forget what hooked me. The FRESH LEMONADE! Ihad not tasted such amazing lemonade. It wasn?t so sweet and it wasn?t watery it was perfect!! The restaurant has a beautifultheme to it and you can also dine outside. My daughter favorite part was the wishing fountain at the front of the entrance andthe fish tank. My mom had been dying to try this place so we decided to go along with my husband. I am sorry to say the place is overhyped. The... black beans and rice were bland no flavor. The carne asada plate my mom ordered was charred meat and no longer tasted like meat.We did not enjoy our meal at all.
