The staff was nice and gave us time as we looked over the menu. We werent rushed and they were patient and plesant. Delicious, delicious food. We went with a party of 4 for lunch on Sunday and everyone was wonderful. The young guy up front was... super helpful and has great recommendations. The kitchen staff was prompt and the food was super tasty! We had the egg rolls,dumplings, and drunken noodles which were recommended by the cashier. Wow! This place is delicious! I was expecting just another Vietnamese restaurant, but this place has distinguished themselves!... It's more than a pho house, they have delicious entrees and small plates that draw inspiration from South Asian cuisine withcurry and ginger flavors. I tried their satay and crab wontons for appetizers (the satay was seasoned perfectly! ) and theirgreen curry shrimp linguine, which was definitely a unique and delicious entree. Finally had the opportunity to pickup some food from NAM and I was not disappointed. I ordered the Vegetable Egg Rolls and the... Seven Spices Tofu Rice Platter. Everything was delicious and the tofu must have been the best tofu I have ever had at anyrestaurant. The texture was magnificent and it was cooked to perfection. The egg rolls were so good that I didn't allow them tocool off before I ate them. I didn't even bother to blow on them. The rice and vegetables were nice and tender.
