Papa John?s delivered my order and this is the very first time that I was super disappointed in what I received. My pizza look... like that it was turned over, Smooshed together or dropped. The papa bowl looked like someone either dropped it or ate half ofthe bowl. The manager gladly credited me only for the 2 pizza?s.I was told that papa bowl is suppose to look like that. Thank you for placing the Cinnamon Pull Apartsin a Tin Re-Heatable Tray and keeping that same classic Papa John's Taste! I haven't had Papa John's since after school eveningsin Austin, Tx and it brought back all the needed nostalgia to place a smile to my face. Im only rating this place two stars because the pizza was not horrendous. I went with some friends to order pizza in person and... when I went in there I was shocked at how disgusting the floors were of this place and how it wasn?t clean. There were bugscrawling everywhere and as you can see in the pictures, every little black dot on the floor is a bug, they were just crawlingall over the place. The pizza itself was fine, it was a normal large pepperoni and it taste pretty normal, nothing to judge, itcould have been a bit better but not an issue. Ordered pizza, paid for it online, estimated time for Pizza to be ready was 30 minutes. I got to the location in 20 minutes, it... took 30 additional minutes for me to get my pizza because they had placed it in the wrong place and could not find it. Totallydisorganized. Read more
