It should be zero stars if possible but alright, take this to heart because i rarely ever make reviews! But this Pizza Hut is... TERRIBLE! They need customer service training and just over all training! I ordered food at 730pm. I didn?t receive it until915pm. Yes i get it, it?s game 1 of World Series and a Friday but if that?s all true, TRAIN for that and bring in extraemployees. But to be honest, that?s not even what was most disappointing. A ?manager named Briana was RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!She came to the front screaming at customers (mind you it was 8-12 people in there waiting) she had the nerve to say ?I had 2Red Bulls I?m not finna play with y?all today you?re on my time today? everyone looked shocked! She made several other rudecomments as well and was extremely condescending to customers. The other gentleman in the photo however was professional andworked hard to get peoples orders together. I applaud him for his composure in the situation. But overall sadly I?d never orderfrom this location again until the management changes . To spend 35 bucks and to be spoken to like a child is disheartening whenyou are spending your hard earned money. Read more
Abandon all hope, ye who order here. I feel sorry for the staff at this location. Undoubtedly the management refuses to hire... enough people at good enough pay and maintain reasonable working conditions in order to actually get people's orders out correctand on time. The poor souls working here need a union, fast. I placed a curbside order and waited an hour and a half beforeabandoning it. Some customers had been waiting as much as three hours for delivery. Some had gotten theirs delivered totallywrong. One had both. Do not order here. Whatever you get (if anything), it won't be good enough. Read more

Placed order at pearland Pizza Hut fir delivery. They charged my card 45.43 and said 40 minutes. Cool my kids are... hungry Customer service calls and says oh we can?t deliver there so either pick it up or get a refund that takes 2-5 days. So Isaid I?ll pick it up then they craved me again which took all the money from my card. They?re pretty much like who cares that wemade a mistake it?s your problem. My only mistake was choosing Pizza Hut. Customer service rep hung up on me. No employee wouldgive any information on management or corporate. So I go to pick it up. Store manager Bree if any of that is even true comesout. When she came out and I started trying to tell her what happened she immediately dismisses me and says I can?t help thatit?s $2.13 or I can cancel the order. They had already tied up all the money on the card and I have 2 kids to feed. So of courseI start getting frustrated. Bree manager at store told me it?s my fault that I didn?t manage my finances. Proceeds to threatenme that she?ll cancel the order and I can leave. Then another customer comes in and she gives them a free soda for nothing butafter taking all the money off my card insists I pay $2 for my order and didn?t offer me anything. Completely ridiculous allaround terrible from the customer service store service and the food wasn?t even hot. And now here it is 9pm and my kids finallyate. Pizza Hut has bad reviews everywhere and it might be time to shutdown. Read more

Ordered online on Sunday October 17, 2022 and upon arriving the store was closed and there was only one person working who came... outside to say there was no cook or employees working. I left without anything but money gone to waste. Highly disappointed withmy experience. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Read more

We have had problems with everything order we have placed with this ridiculous store. It?s an absolute disaster and totally... unsupervised. Complete shame to the Pizza Hut organization. We have been... here many times as we live right in the area and I am honestly disgusted. This is the nastiest Pizza Hut I?ve ever been to! Weird employees. The pizza looked DISGUSTING (especially the raw bacon)?..... took a bite of the other pizza I received that didn?t have bacon?. Big MISTAKE! Terrible taste. Ended up taking them back. Backto dominos I go! Read more
