Food is always good, I have had a couple order mess ups. Last visit they almost gave me and mom 4 cups for drinks instead of 2.... They gave mom fries and mash potatoes instead of 1 read beans. But She was like ehh thats a free side so she kept it. The foodportions have always been good tho. They gave me read beans one time instead of potatoes. I know the complaining about free foodseems weird lol, but my mom doesnt like to complain sometimes or i think she would've said they got her read beans wrong. We went to the drive thru and were asked to wait for our order at the front. They were quick to bring the food. Was made fresh... were asked to wait for 7minutes . The associates were very friendly and respectful. The food was delicious and warm. Willdefinitely be back soon. Read more
Poor customer service. Only because my order was messed up. Ordered a 12 piece family meal with only dark meat. By the way... because of that the price was more than the advertised price for that count. Get home I realized that it was majority breast inmy box. Called the restaurant and talked to the manager she apologized and told me that my next order is in them and I can comeup there anytime to replace the order. I said thank you and listed her name the receipt and saved it for the next time I wantedPopeyes. Fast forward a month later. I have a taste for Popeyes and ready to go get my replacement meal with my receipt inhand. I called the restaurant and they told me they can?t replace it. They only hold receipts for 1 weeks. I mentioned that themanager should have told me that. I have a problem with that. Honor your managers word with the customer. Tell the customer youon have 1 week. Mark the customer name down with the receipt number when you promise them meals. Read more
Rude staff. Ignore customers until the line builds up. Then they pick and choose who was next. The manager didn't really seem to... care. Take some pride in your work regardless of what it is. PATHETIC SERVICE. Read more
My husband ordered food here on 08/08/2022 and received our food when eating we realized that in the middle of the chicken... sandwich was raw. Didn?t pay much attention to it warmed it up and ate it. My other family members were so hungry so finishedthe food without paying much attention to it. At late night after we ate the food we started having diarrhea. I mean baddiarrhea before we knew it all of us fell really sick the next day following vomiting. We went on being so sick for almost4days. But my husband could not get better because he couldn?t keep anything down . He suffered kidney failure and acute lifethreatening infection. We tried to reach out to the restaurant but they were ignorant and said it?s not their fault . The chicken was DRY like this weather. I told the gentleman that I wanted fresh chicken and did not mind waiting for it.... However he stated is was fresh.... His idea of fresh certainly was not my idea of fresh as it was lukewarm. Read more
