I recently went to this location again and was disappointed once again. I tried giving this location another try and was once... again let down. We spent about $30 on 10 piece mix/spicy, large Mac and Cheese, large red beans and rice, 5 biscuits, largefries. The chicken was mostly breading, there was barely any beans in the red beans and rice, and the fries looked like aregular size. What took the cake was how rude the manager was when I asked for sauce. I literally asked for 2 sauce and sheproceeded to say you can't ask at the window and they cost $.45 each. I had to get out of my car and go in for sauce and pay forit even though I ordered a 10 piece. She was extremely rude and seemed like I was holding up the line for 2 sauces that areliterally in boxes near the register. To top that I went in to get my sauces and she gives the man in front of me sauce forfree. Seriously. Won't be going back there. Read more
The place is mildly unclean. Which is the biggest downside to this location id say. Other than that service is usually nice and... food consistent. Although ive been served warm tea a few times. Read more
Crispy and juicy chicken! I love coming back for their red beans and rice too, even though it's a tad bit spicy. It was really... busy and I could tell why! It has chefs kiss fried chicken, chicken sandwiches, and even a but of seafood. My favorite chickenplace (besides Chick-fil-A of course). Read more
Wow. The mashed potatoes was delicious, chicken tenders - regular and spicy was also yummy. I liked the cajun seasoning on the... cajun rice. We had this on take out. My husband likes the mashed potatoes and regular tenders. Read more
This is my experience on 7/28/2022. Half cooked chicken breast, small chicken legs the size of wingers. What happened?? It?s... almost like they are purposely trying to bankrupt this location. Very very unacceptable. If I get sick I definitely going see mylawyer. Read more
Myself and my com worker came through the drive thru, placed our order and when we got to the window Maley asked us what... condiments we wanted and we told her 2 ranch, Mardi grass sauce, Cajun sparkles and ketchup. She processed to take my card andrun the payment but neglected to tell me it was an additional charge until after she ran the card. Then she told us it was anadditional 42 cents to add a sauce but we would have to park and come in to pay for the sauce because you can?t add at thewindow. I hen asked why can?t you take it and keep the change she came back with you can?t add at the window but you can come into pay for the sauce since you are waiting for fresh food. Her attitude was horrible and rude after we told her we would waitfor our food she got the manager Edwin and he came to the window and was nice at first but when we asked why can?t we just giveyou the money since she didn?t asked before running my card he said you?ll move or I?ll call the police. At this point it isridiculous and embarrassing al at the same time. Not only did Edwin lie to the police I got no food. If this is the type ofservice to expect from this business I will not go again. Love Popeyes you can't go wrong but I had a bad experience with the window girl. the drive-through guy who took my order... fantastic that's why I'm giving it 3 stars but the lady was trying to be rushy she did not seem happy and Overall it just ruinedthe experience usually I go to popeye's and I'm kind of happy because you know the people are nice and that lady was just ugh. The customer service need major improvement. I'm used to a greeting, like Welcome to Popeyes may I take your order. In... addition to the half apology given by the cashier I was informed I could not add an apple pie to my order before paying at thewindow. That's new news to me but I adhered to it. Maggie I think was the name of management on duty. It's a reason Chick FilA is number one. They simply treat people like they appreciate them. Read more
