1st time experience- loved the variety of fresh options for my salad. Liked the option of a small or regular size salad. Staff... was super friendly and efficiently moved the line forward in a weekday afternoon late lunch rush. ~5min from walking in to cashout. We dined in; seemed more people were doing take-out. Hair in Food!!!! Poor Customer Service and major Health Code issues. This location needs major HELP! Several issues over the... last week. I normally order ahead and still have to wait until all employees are ready to address the Togo customers. Then waitto have my and other customers to go order made. After waiting for customers who came in much after the fact. Salad was preparedwrong on another day. Repeatedly told, ?I understand? from employees with clearly an attitude. The last visit, there wassomeone at the prep table behind the register. Thought they were getting better after speaking with a ?manager.? Today was mylast straw. Waited over 30 minutes for an order that was placed in advance. While waiting I still had to wait on customers thatwere in the line after being there 30 mins. I mentioned it to the staff, and she stated, ?she understood the wait is an issue?when she clearly cared less. But as soon as I made it home. Multiple and I mean MULTIPLE STRANDS OF HAIR ON MY SALAD! Called thestore and the ?manager? stated ?he understands? and to wait until he is over lunch to refund my order. I?m sick to my stomachand so is my husband. And they were tipped!! Ingredients are always fresh and quickly replenished. I love how each time I can switch a few ingredients and I have a whole new... salad. Does not get repetitive. So may ingredients to choose from as well as protein toppings. Love how they even add monthlytoppings to switch things up. Pearland location is kept clean and mask and gloves are used. I love this restaurant! You get A LOT of salad for a pretty affordable price....the same price you'll pay at other... restaurants...I always end up having to eat the salad for 2 meals. Always clean! And ALWAYS Fresh items! I'm glad i found thisrestaurant. I get to eat healthy without having to worry about making the salad myself or having the salad ingredients rot inmy fridge before I get a chance to make it. Read more
Excellent and friendly service, clean environment, wide variety of vegetables that look fresh and taste fresh. These are all... reason why I enjoyed my visit, and why you will likely enjoy yours too. I absolutely love Salata but this was my first time at this location. The portions are extremely low. I had to ask for extra... everything smh from the veggies to the salad dressing. Then was charged $1 for extra dressing. This experience makes meappreciate the other Pearland location and the Sugarland location. Read more
