Frustrating first experience here. Driving around the Pearland area and saw Scooters and saw the good reviews, so we thought... we'd try it. We went in the drive through and tried ordering word for word what was on the drive through menu. The personinside said hello and asked us for our order, and while I was ordering I could hear her laughing and talking to her coworkersinside. After I finished placing my order, she said, "sorry what?"... I replaced my order and she was confused by every wordcoming out of my mouth... even though I was ordering drinks word for word from the menu... we both settled for something wedidn't want because the person taking our order was incompetent and when we got to the window, the order was wrong and multipleitems were missing. I don't plan on going back, since the staff is completely unfamiliar with their menu items. Read more
Scooters coffee is so underrated. Most people choose Starbucks cause social media tells them too but in reality it?s really not... all that. Coming from a person who?s been drinking it for years. I?ve recently started drinking scooters and I don?t think I?llever go back to any other coffee place. I?ve never had to ask for my drink to be remade unlike other places that are too strongsweet or too much cream. It?s always perfect at scooters! I ordered a turkey sausage muffin and a turkey sausage burrito. Staff was super super friendly. But the food was not very good.... I ate the muffin out of pure hunger but the egg was very rubbery and was not defrosted properly. The burrito was warmed up inthis microwaveable wrapper. The food smelt like something that was defrosted the minute I opened the bag. I want to re affirmthat the staffing this morning were very friendly and attentive. I just was not pleased with the food. I did a good job of taking pics of the outside of Scooter's Coffee Drive-Thru and a couple bags of whole beans we bought and... forgot to take pics of the frozen blended thingies. I copied my wife and got a pumpkin concoction too, they were done very welland disappeared by the time we'd hit our driveway. The drinks and beans took about 7 minutes, even with 3 cars in front of us. Great friendly service. Read more
So I've been to this place twice for convenience. The first time I thought they genuinely forgot the coffee in my frap. This... time I got a cold brew coffee with flavoring and cream. let's just say I think they still forgot the coffee. there was barelyany cream on the top, So it's not even creamy. I gave it two stars though because my daughter's smoothie was delicious. I didgo back through and they did give me a refund on my drink with no questions asked and an apology. Read more
