Customer service is a hit or miss. This lady helping me yesterday at around 7 pm was unfortunately in her own zone. She was... taking my order and had to repeat several times because she was watching something on her phone and would not get off whiletaking the order. I went to Starbucks inside the Kroger. It was 2 young ladies. They were sweet but need to be train on fixing orders. I order one... drink I always get nasty and horrible not made right or well. The lady who made my drink act weird as I asked her nicely saidexcuse me to pull her to the side she seem really scared and didn't know what to do like i was going to bite her or something???? once I told her my issue she didn't once say nothing but tap and pull the cashier to her for the cashier to talk which wasokay. I told her about my drink and she offered to make a new drink she did and it was also horrible. I can tell by peoples facethey agree that the drinks were poorly made and took forever as they took their time or was just slow. I was the second customerand waited over 10 minutes for my drink. They were nice but please train them on how to prepare and make drinks in a consistentmanner. Read more
