Customer service is a hit or miss. This lady helping me yesterday at around 7 pm was unfortunately in her own zone. She was... taking my order and had to repeat several times because she was watching something on her phone and would not get off whiletaking the order. This experience was an oasis in time. It was the location where my daughter and I were able to break bread, communicate, gleam... from one another's experience and nourish our souls and bodies at the same time. It was clean the staff was kind and personable.And it was tucked away and just the right way to where you can see the outside world passing by but it was like you were in yourown space and time just enjoying a hot beverage as you just allow that beverage to cleanse your soul from all the confusion ofthe world. If I could give 0 stars I would, for the rude customer service I received today. I have come to this location plenty of times... and the employees have always been upbeat and nice. Today, there was a man named Kimli working and he had the worst attitude. Iwas waiting for him to notice me so I could place my order & he just stood there looking at me rudely. There was no greeting atall. I mean, are you going to say something instead of standing there with disgust on your face? No "hello", "good morning", or"what can I get for you today"? So I said hello & waited for this dude to say something. I placed my order, then he rolled hiseyes before fixing it. I just told him to cancel it. I am not spending any money at a location that has rude folks like himworking there. If he doesn't like his job he should work somewhere else! He's a mess! Read more
Consistently nice staff...however... My flat white hadn't tasted quite right from the last 3 visits. I just ended up tossing... them out the window. Did Starbucks change the recipe? I can't taste the expresso; the taste is not as robust... I know it'scalled flat white..but I taste shouldnt be flat.. the flat white at this location is now a FLOP! Read more
I went to Starbucks inside the Kroger. It was 2 young ladies. They were sweet but need to be train on fixing orders. I order one... drink I always get nasty and horrible not made right or well. The lady who made my drink act weird as I asked her nicely saidexcuse me to pull her to the side she seem really scared and didn't know what to do like i was going to bite her or something???? once I told her my issue she didn't once say nothing but tap and pull the cashier to her for the cashier to talk which wasokay. I told her about my drink and she offered to make a new drink she did and it was also horrible. I can tell by peoples facethey agree that the drinks were poorly made and took forever as they took their time or was just slow. I was the second customerand waited over 10 minutes for my drink. They were nice but please train them on how to prepare and make drinks in a consistentmanner. Read more
