Got here at 8:30am because they won't take online orders till open time at 9am. Waited at the door till almost 10am and they... never open. Went into store on a Wednesday afternoon 3:30 to be exactly, and they didn?t have turkey as a meat selection. I understand that... it is a sandwich shop, and most people ask for strange things, but a simple request of turkey for a turkey sandwich shouldn?t bean issue. The worst part is that, I would have selected a second choice in sandwich, but the lady behind the counter said somesnide remark to me. So , therefore I took my business somewhere else. Read more
I've had this location twice. Both times they have completely messed up my online order. They basically made whatever they... wanted because the sandwiches weren't even close to what I ordered. I just stood at the glass for 10 minutes and there were several employees in the back horsing around and never acknowledged my... presence in the store. The door has a chime to alert them to customers walking in but it seems to not be a factor to them. Iwalked out shaking my head and got in my vehicle to see if they went to see why the door chimed on my way out. Nothing. 2nd timethis has happened with them. I went this location a lot since it's near my house, and wanted to order a sub for my son this evening. I saw the "Open" light... was on when I parked my car right in from the store, but it turns off right after I got off my car at 7:55 pm. I got into thedoor and asked if I could order a sub since the closing time was 8 pm. The server behind counter said, "The computer doesn'tallow me to take any orders." I said, "I don't believe the system works that way," and asked her three times, but she justrepeated the same excuse to turn me away. The owner really needs train the staff about customer services. Bad experience; I wanted a combo and a side of chicken the guy charged me for two sandwiches saying that he didn?t have the... option to just add the side but at this same location they usually add just a side of chicken to my sandwich; no bag, no napkinsslow and bad service.
