I asked for the vegan menu or plant based items like Beyond Meat. I know Taco Bell has these items as I've been before. The lady... was rude claiming she's never heard of that before and claims to have worked years at Taco Bell. THIS PLACE IS UNBELIEVABLE!You don't have the right to remove my review. This place is a total sham. Do Not Waste your Hard... earned Money Here. Lol. These people are a joke. I know, I tried working for them, they didn't like my review so they had itremoved... it was all Truth so , just know that what you see & hear are definitely a reflection of the Owners all the way downto the store MANAGERSHIP. I guess almost every time I ask and confirm on the screen no jalapeño sauce gets transferred into extra jalapeño sauce, not... even one bite without it! Update and fast forward to 4/9/2022 first time inside since covid and its messy and dirty, drinkspilled on floor covered with a wad of napkins, spent almost 45 mins inside eating,one customer told 2 different people aboutthe spill with no response of cleaning it up,it was there before I arrived and still there when I left,food on the floor,dirtytables, ps it was not busy at all, only 3 customers have been inside since I was here and prob 8-9 cars through the drive thrutotal,so no excuse of the laziness for cleaning,especially after being called out on the mess. Staff is too high to take your order correctly. Which I don?t really care about but when you?re too busy making jokes ?How high... are ya?? When we pull up to the box, Instead of actually taking my order it?s an issue. Do not leave the drive thru withoutTHROUGHLY checking your order. Asked for a party box, half soft half hard. They repeated it back to us saying ?half and halfhard half and half soft?? No half hard tacos half soft. Got all hard, half Doritos tacos which I do not care for or asked for. Ordered a Beefy Melt Burrito and nacho fries. The burrito is supposed to have beef, cheese, rice, sour cream, and tortillas... strips. This is not at all, not even close to what I ordered, plus I asked for no sour cream. The nacho fries were not fresh,not even made within the hour. They were soggy and were probably sitting out for most of the night. The only thing they gotright was the small Baja blast I ordered. Ordered drinks via the app they were out of the syrup to make one. The woman at the window offered me other options I made a... suggestion which she agreed to then when the drink was handed over she made a comment saying her boss said this is going to bethe only time they can make the accommodation. The comment was unnecessary and this is why I stopped coming to this locationeven though it?s closer to my house. The management here sucks I feel bad for the workers. Read more
