I went to Taco Cabana at 11111 Broadway St, Pearland, TX 77584 around 11pm on Dec.7th to purchase a Beef Fajita Cabana Bowl. The... gentleman in the Drive-Thru told me that there was no beef fajita meat available and it would be approximately 20 minutes beforeit would be ready. I notified him, it was ok I'd wait. So he told me to pull around. When I got to the window, he said there wasenough meat for a small bowl then proceeded to asked someone behind him to stop and give him the Fajita Cabana Bowl. Afterpaying and pulling away, almost home, something told me to look in the bag once I made it to the next light. This is completelyunacceptable. Not only is there hardly nothing in the Cabana Bowl, it literally looks like someone dropped it or worse, ate itand passed me what was left. I pulled over in the McDonald's parking lot to call the store and noticed they did not give me areceipt. Therefore, I went through the McDonald's drive-thru and purchase lettuce, smh! NEVER AGAIN! For my money I didn't get much food. And Taco Cabana needs to find a way to bring back the salad bar because that was the best... thing about Taco Cabana restaurants because when you ask for the salsa and jalapenos they act like they're nearly out of stockand you don't get enough for your order even though you're not getting enough meat on your order Read more

I can't complain about this place at all. Granted all we normally order is bean and cheese tacos because that's what my son... likes. The line sometimes takes awhile but the staff is always really nice in the drive-thru. We have been going here for a fewyears now and the only thing is the line but that's it. Also I wish the app was more like chick-fil-a but not the locationsfault. Read more

Just left this place. Ordered 2 cabana bowls and two tacos. One bowl was made correctly. The other missing ingredients. The... tacos only had meat and onions none of the ingredients I asked for. The other bowl was fine until I discovered a few strands ofhair in it. When I first arrived I asked why the red headed lady was not wearing a hairnet. However she was wearing one just onthe ponytail part of her hair. I think this experience has turned me away from taco cabana. They did replace the order but I wasnot going to eat it after that. Loved my food the place was just really dirty. I had ordered in the drive thru didn't and get any napkins/ spoon so I walked... in and it was disgusting ???? especially the drink area . Staff is always friendly never knew how dirty it was on the inside. Maybe I shouldn't eat here anymore because I could only imagine what the kitchen area looks like Read more

This location used to be quick and friendly. Management and staffing have declined since my last visit here. Midday Sun, 3... cars were in the drive thru so I came inside to bypass the line. Soon as it was my turn at the register, the cashier headed tothe grill to cook, no acknowledgement whatsoever. I waited 8 minutes before a guy came back to take my order, nogreetings/explanation. While waiting, an elderly lady came to the counter in anger and exasperation due to her 16 minutes wait. Many cars have come and left while I'm still here near the counter writing this review. Condiments and sauce bar are neglectedand need refills. They need more staff or to courteously let patrons know of the wait time; there were only 2 parties insidewaiting on their order before me, so there was no reason for a 25+ minutes wait...unless they bumped our orders for the drivethru orders. It's a shame that greed takes precedence in their hustle to quickly fill all drive thru orders at the expense ofonsite, in person orders. Edit: my order "conveniently" was being put together at 28 minutes just as i approached the presumedmanager to express my desire for a refund due the ridiculous wait while being passed over by those who ordered drive thru afterme. Manager didn't even apologize as he handed me the food at nearly 30 minutes later. So much for "fast food". TLDR;SUMMARY: decent food if you don't mind the poor service, long wait from unfair priority for drive thru over in-person order,and neglected self-serve sauce bar. Read more

decent tex-mex food. the water always tastes odd. although there?s almost always a line every time i visit with family, the... staff tries to be as helpful & efficient as possible. make sure to check bags for complete order after receiving food from thedrive-thru. overall decent food for the price.
