Great boba tea, the store is cute and clean inside. Can get busy at times but that's just a sign of it being good and popular,... and that's expected with people trying to cool off with a refreshing drink on these 100 degree temp days we've been having.People working there are nice and friendly. This is a great spot for a drink but the food is a hit or miss. In my case a miss as I have tried to order the popcorn chicken... at least 5 times and have only had it once. This time I was told they couldn?t make any at the moment because they had justreceived the order and it was still ?frozen?. He didn?t even offer me a cook time. ?I can have some ready in 20 mins.? Youknow, something like that. If there is an item on the menu it should be available at all times. I feel foolish when I asked andget told no every time. Update: After sitting and drinking my coffee, which was 90% ice, I noticed popcorn chicken being cookedand eaten. It seems like they didn?t want to do a small batch for me when I walked in by myself. They was no one there when Iarrived and the guy behind the counter was on his phone. But when the crowd showed up I guess he had no choice. I won?t beback. Read more

This is a great spot to enjoy your favorite tapioca drink or tea. What I like about this place is that they will remake or let... you change your drink of you are not satisfied. I have only had to ?fix ? one drink but only because I selected no sugar on agrapefruit tea with Aloe Vera jelly. Staff is super polite and quick service. Friendly and fast staff. Great consistency of the tapioca :) Great flavor. Awesome place to study... the music playlist is great... and there is just the right amount of traffic of customers to keep me awake while studying lol. P.S. I love this place, I got the cream tea. I loved it, and the staff is awesome. They work quickly and they are super nice.
