They cannot get orders correct in drive thru and manager is very rude to customers. Have been in store right after opening and... store was dirty and feces all over restrooms- and store just opened up inside so it was like that for awhile. I don?t recommendeating at this location. They gave wife something opposite of what she ordered and she extremely allergic to and manager didn?tcare. Even refused to give money back and was there mistake. Read more
They forgot the drink that went with my kids meal. I had already driven off before i realized it which falls on me, but it... should have been with my order at the window ready to go. They were also only taking cash payments which can be an inconvenienceto some. Read more
Had a long day. Came for a meal an hour before closing, 11pm. Drive thru never responded. Pulled around to find employee working... not helping anyone. I blew my horn.... Nothing. It was like they ignored me. Another car pulled around like me trying to seewhat was taking so long. So... Whataburger wins this one. Read more
We gave our order for burger with bacon. We repeated it to be sure. Then when we received our burger, it had no bacon. My wife... went inside to get it fixed. They said sorry but that is $2 extra. $2 is not a big deal. But they screwed up the order andinstead of trying to help fix the problem, they had a bad attitude and wanted more money. I've work for Wendy's Before and personally love their food. But Today I spent over $40 on 3 meals. I tasted mine and was... disappointed with the quality of the food. Old Dry meat and this burger was loaded with onions. It supposed to only have 2 ringsand it had 6 total!! Just overpowering taste. Well thought It was just me, then neither my brother or sister ate their meals???? so I knew it was all the food with poor quality and you can't even at least be happy and eat your fries because they havebeen giving you the small portion on a medium size, totally wrong. Not to mention I stopped ordering my favorite Apple pecansalad because they don't have apples for it??????? Nothing more sad than craving something and then being so let down. Sat and waited at drive through for 10 minutes because I was REALLY craving a frosty. About 4 other customers pulled out of the... line to spend their money elsewhere. When the girl finally put her headset back on from sitting in the dining room on her phoneto take orders I was saddened to know there was no ice for drinks and no frostys! I know things happen and I have worked in fastfood so I know sometimes there are difficulties, but attitude is everything. Read more
The staff around 5pm is highly energetic, served our food fresh, fast, and hot! Kudos to the crew! They were polite about the... ingredients they're currently out of, the dining lobby is clean. The dine-in experience is smooth-sailing. Read more
