Visited on a Saturday at 530pm expecting to sit down and enjoy a meal and both doors were locked! Went to the drive through and... took 10 Mins to get to windows. The manager Debra was super rude and didn't give an answer on why the dining area was closed,just rolled her eyes with attitude. Also refused to honor my Members Advantage Military Discount. Today for lunch, I stopped by & ordered the apple pecan salad & chicken nuggets meal. ALL was good EXCEPT my salad???? They... gave me the wrong salad(southwest w/ avocado) ...ALWAYS, ALWAYS check your to-go- order before you leave the restaurant???????? Situation: I used the mobile app to place my order from home. I drive 15min to Get here. Expecting to grab and go in the drive... thru after spelling my name and providing my mobile order. Unfortunately I sat for 15 minutes upon arrival to be handed thewrong order. My order was two baked potatoes and 10piece nugget meal/ strwbrylemnde. After waiting for 15 minutes given thewrong meal. I came inside to rectify the issue and I was told that the order wasn?t in the system?. I asked If my order wasn?tin the system, why did you bring me a meal that was two happy meals and some chili with a third drink? The drive thru attendant(No name tag) told me twice my order wasn?t in the system while at the corner. I showed my Wendy?s app and she said it wasn?tpaid for. I showed her it was and she reassured me it wasn?t in the system. She then asked for my name again. The fourth timeshe took a good look and said im sorry sir it?s not paid for. I showed her i paid for it and the phone shows it. On the fifth goround she ?found? my order. This isn?t the place to go in Pearland, the extra drive may be worth it even with gas at 5bucks agallon. This location is convenient for me. The people are very nice, but the last 3 times my order was not correct ???? It was only... after the third time of it being wrong that I called to complain to the Manager. He was also very nice and said to come back andhe would give me the right order, again nice but, who has time for that. I ordered the Honey Chicken Crossaint with extra honeybutter meal with OJ for a little extra. They gave me a hard dry Biscuit with no honey butter and the chicken tasted old and thehomemade breakfast fries were not good. Needless to say it wasn't a good Drive thru experience. I order a Jr bacon cheese burger w/onion no other condiments. I also order a 10 piece chicken nugget meal which taste like old... oil. I got a frosty with no spoon nor a receipt. Placed order and he didn't ring me up for anything I asked for. Waited and waited for them to try and figure out where the... breakdown was instead of retaking my order and getting it made. Second time around was still half incorrect. Don't waste youtime. Read more
