The manager is awesome at this location. My order was not ready after 15 minutes. I asked the manager and she found it was not... made and instructed the crew to get it made. Ordered taquitos for the family...idk why they made them so small but they were only big enough for my 3yr old. I feel as a... customer we deserve better quality than this. Waited almost 15 min for my food. I get home 2 miles away. My fries and burger were cold, my cheese was cold. Not even melted... on the sandwich. Seemed as if the sandwich had been sitting there all day. Which I could understand if I had got my sandwich in10 seconds. But I waited 15 min AND my stuff was cold. What a great representation of the brand. Quick service, smiling faces, happy greetings, friendly chatting, spotless dining... area, well stocked condiment/drink area. Our family truly enjoyed our meal in the dining room relaxing and watching the world goby. We will be back to visit this location. The staff at this location was 1st class all the way around. Horrible location. Went on a Thursday around Midnight and this place was super packed. Took almost an hour in the drive thru... only to receive cold food that was made wrong. Ordered a whataburger they put it on Texas toast. Ok fine guess they ran out ofregular buns. The fries were cold and stale, and I asked for a Diet Coke they gave me Dr. Pepper???? Usually good but tonight was bad. After waiting for quite bit, which is fine and understandable when it is very busy, the... burgers were good but the fries were luke warm and the onion rings were soaked in grease which drained over a tablespoon of oilonto my console besides tasting badly. When a place is that busy the fries should be fresh because they are constantly cookingthem, so all I can conclude is that our food had to have been left sitting for a while for the fries to be that awful. Wow, what a terrible experience. Took 30 minutes to get my order ( two burgers) there were 7 people that were just waiting for... more than 15 min. There was an old man that walked in and was standing in front of the cashier and she didn't even ask if shecould take his order he was just standing there. Well, once I got my order and double checked that it wasn't cold ( becauseanother customer that was also waiting a long time got his order nice and cold) I left went home unwrapped the covering andchecked my burger... And I see a nice long hair. Awesome thanks. This place is a dump, and that manager should hire betterpeople. Read more
