In the 20 years that I have been a customer here all is good but tonight the beverage machine has no ice and not a single... employee will walk over to Kroger get a bag to put in the beverage machine. The floor is also wet and not even any attention isnoticed to bring a mop to dry it up. Read more

If only I could give zero stars!!! I?m not pleased at all. My chicken was greasy hardly any lemon pepper. I called to speak with... a manager. She was extremely rude, argumentative, loud, I could barely get a word in. She didn?t even verify my order, canceledmy second order that I placed before it was time for them to close. Claiming they didn?t receive it in time. I order from thislocation at-least twice a week. The service I received on tonight was totally unacceptable!!! I placed my order for wings and fries as soon as they open. Unfortunately the fries were all red in color. They either double... fry their old fry or didn't change the oil. Very disappointing. Read more
Manager Sabima has the worst attitude when you?re trying to place an order. She?s so quick to swipe your card, she doesn?t even... verify your order with you before swiping the card. What?s so bad about that is, there was only TWO CUSTOMERS waiting for theirorder. They weren?t busy!!! BAD ATTITUDE when I addressed the situation with her. DON?T TOUCH MY ORDER!!!
