I will not be going back. After my husband ordered inside a family pack with 30 wings and two sides, they forgot to give us 10... wings and the large side of corn. We called and Alejandra answered and said that it?s our fault because family packs come in atray so we should have known if there were boxes inside. Drove 15 mins back to get food and she stated there is no way for themto compensate us for their mistake. Either we get a $15 credit or the food we ordered. The manager Que was nonchalant, unprofessional, and took no responsibility for a... communication error from his staff which led to my organization not receiving an order placed via phone. We took our business tothe Wing Stop on Broadway and received excellent customer service from the manager Sabina and her staff. I will never patronizethis location again. Read more

I?ve been coming to this wingstop since 2020. Once I got food poisoning and after that I stopped getting their wings and would... only eat their fries. Recently I tried the chicken sandwich but every time I or someone I?m with orders they always forget anitem. The one that did it was this past time with my significant other. We now live 20 minutes from this location and at thetime was in the area. We ordered and when we came to pick up they said they were waiting on the chicken sandwich.. once theysaid it was ready gave us the bag? no chicken sandwich. So we call and they say they?ll honor it. So fast forward to today, Icall to redeem & it took a little second but they found it. What really did it was, they told me to give them 15 minutes( Icalled it in) I hadn?t even left my house yet and I had went to Kroger before to give extra time. I get there and they gave mysandwich to a different customer. So I had to wait once again for the sandwich to be done and was given a free drink tocompensate? At that point it should have just been a whole meal because now you?ve messed up not once, but twice. Safe to saywe will not be coming back to this location.
