Blizzards are not well made; served to the customer already melting. Also, they don?t even dare flipping the blizzard upside... down, because doing so, the signature blizzard move, would make this DQ go bankrupt fast.. Went there 9/24/2022 to eat lunch with my wife and kids after visiting the Pecos Historic National Park. I felt like the burgers... tasted like I could have gotten them from a gas station. Now I'm from Texas and notice the menu was different. However didn'tfeel like the quality was there. Read more
Long wait to get a banana split. Got home only to find they forgot the ice cream! Imagine that an ice cream.shop forgets to... put the ice cream in a banana split. $7.00 for a banana, a little fruit and dabs of whip cream. They need to do better. Don'tlive close enough to go back . Read more
The Dairy Queen was fine the town wasn't anything to write home about. Sorry nice surprise in the middle of nowhere though to... get off and have gas restrooms and Dairy Queen access. Read more

The location I visited in Pecos NM on sunday may 15th 2022 at around 4-5pm. while having the quality of food I expected the... staff seems to be a bit rude and careless. I get that it's a super small town (if you blink you'll miss it) and the youth ofthat town need opportunities to make money in this horrible Biden economy but they need to take their job a little bit moreseriously. I went through the drive thru and was rushed through my order by the girl taking my order. She didn't enter thecorrect order and when I came back because my order was wrong I went inside this time and the guy that was making the food wascomplaining that he had to make the correct order. There was no apology or anything. I did get my order corrected but thesekids need to get it together. I guess I should have expected it as that's what usually happens when you let teenagers run abusiness. Read more
Came thru the drive thru and there were 2 cars in front of us. We ordered 3 Cones and chili cheese dogs and a chicken basket.... When we got to the front they handed us our ice creams and they were already melting. The ice creams should have been done lastnot first. Really disappointed with this dairy queen. The chili dog looked like they were just thrown in there. Definitely notcoming back. Read more
