Not open 24 hours. Management needs to update their listed hours instead of wasting 2 hours of my time. There aren't many places... to eat out here, and driving to any of them can take a long time. Let?s start with the individuals, I was questioned about my order. Simple fact I?m white they are not. The chicken was just a... little dark. Sounded like a good deal 3 pieces for $9 and change but unfortunately the product was not at its best. The chicken appeared to... have been in the warmers a bit to long, it looked burnt and dried. Green beans weren't any better and salty, the only good thingthat was decent to eat were the mashed potatos. Don't just take my word for it, here is a picture, this is for the manager,think you guys have to put an experation time on that product or you may lose your customers. This company is full of liars from the general manager down to the employees. Every day I get lied to about something minimal as... an order of gizzards. If they dont like making them they need to say that and remove it from their menu. It's not a big dealit's just frustrating constantly getting lied too. Today we went to a Chester's chicken here in Kermet. Second time we have been there. The staff is always friendly, store is... clean, the food was amazing. As we were ordering I noticed that the staff was changing the oil and cleaning the fryers. I cansee that everyone the was taking pride in their work. That shows great leadership from management and the staff. It was freshand flavorful! The store manager Jennifer is such a nice lady. She is doing a great job there .
