Pizza delivered hot and in a timely manner. We ordered two thin crust pizzas they were perfectly baked. Nothing worse than burnt... or cold delivered pizza, which has happened with other pizza delivery companies. Read more
Fast and courteous staff. Ive never waited over 3 min for an order unless its delivery of course inside looks good and they... rarely mess up my orders (which get complicated once in a while) over all great place. Read more
Pleasantly surprised. Got a perfectly baked thin crust that is crispy and has enough cheese and and sauce. Some places... overcook them and they end up dry like a cracker. Well done Pecos! The wings were good also. Read more
Thought this would be an easy stop off 20 passing through Pecos but I was sooooo mistaken! We were delayed almost an hour!!! The... service was horrible. We tried to call in ahead but was told to order online. When we finally got our order they claimed to beout of napkins. Really!?!? So we had to park, get off in the cold just to walk into their dinning room to pull napkins from thetable. They could have easily done the same in half the time. Worst location and customer service and horrible management and literally destroying the chain brand name Domino's What blows... my mind is I started calling this location slightly after 11 o'clock then called them again around 12:30pm. I had 6 unansweredphone calls in that hour. I tried multiple times throughout the day until I fell asleep and finally reached them and theyanswered the phone at 7:43 p.m. During this call I ask to speak with the manager my families involved restaurant industry quitea bit at 1 point in time my dad even owned part of Golden Corral. I came up in the restaurant industry and I can respect howbusy you can get but I cannot respect this level of customer service as it is literally disgusting like finding mold in yourcheese I spoke with the manager and explain that I had called 16 times throughout the day without a response. He said im sorryand i said that does not change the fact i am feeding 200 people next week and i now cannot hire them He asked what could he doI said I don't want anything for free. I simply would like to have my dinner delivered if I can please eat what would have beenlunch s i could not leave that day, as my dog was sick. If I could just get my food, and the manager said look we've been backedup with deliveries but we're starting to show some clearing up of things. I can probly get its you and 35 or 40 minutes, so inmy mind I was OK with waiting up to an hour however when I waited an hour and a 1/2 and called and spoke to a manager who actedas if he did not have a clue that my order existed let alone that I had ever called. I had basically been waiting for no reasonas the previous manager was jerking me around. OK SO 1ST WHERE DO I START. The food isnt bad for fast ( slow ) delivery but my pizza came looking like ace Ventura him self... delivered it. I ordered 3 dipping sauces and not only was the delivery guy super late as hell but no sauce. Please do better Read more
