I feel bad for this business, they can?t seem to win with there employee base. Always short staffed, always a long wait time to... be seated, long wait for food, long wait for check. Food was above average (cheeseburger and salmon). But the best thing about this place is the work force. EVERYBODY we interacted... with was amazingly friendly. Have you ever watched a Chef Ramsey show? The first part of service is great, then when the orders pick up the service goes down... hill. Well, when we eat here its normally under par due to being slammed and low staff, because let's face it no one wants towork today, which is sad. However, on this day the food was remarkable! And our service was outstanding! Even being shortstaffed on the 4th. The bartender working, worked her butt off and we both were impressed. She deffinalty needs a raise. We only had to wait about 10 minutes before getting a table at Applebee's and I tried the barbecue brisket tacos for the first... time they were pretty good not spicy at all. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. Felt a little overpriced for the locationand items that we got for four of us we spent $72 but the food was good. Read more
We had a bad encounter the other day. We had ordered a lot of food and couldn't pick it up because of a weird reason. Something... with a name. So we waited for 40 minutes because they were going to ask a manager. No big deal. We just left because it wastaking so long. I wish they had asked what was on the ticket because we spent good money just to leave empty handed. We calledabout the incident 3 hours later when it wasn't so busy. We were told they would remake the food. It wasn't remade. You couldtell the food was put under the heat lamp for those 3 hours. All of this nonsense because of a different name on the order? Theynever asked what was on the order...if they just asked what was on the order. The situation could have been prevented. We enjoytheir food a lot! But haven't been back since the bizarre adventure we went thru to just get our order. Read more
