I cant say enough about the night shift manager. After a horrible experience with doordash I didn't receive my food or refund, ... I was upset to say the least. I decided to call the restaurant and there was nothing I could do, at this point my food wasalready 2 hours old. He felt horrible about my doordash experience he said he would drop my order on his way home, knowing itcould be late, after a total of 5 hours sine I had ordered and I gave up on him showing up, there he was, not only did he keephim promise but also kept my 25 dollars worth of food warm and it was amazing, we just finished the last of it. Our server was wonderful. Very friendly and patient with the kiddos. The food was good, except I didn't know the hot sauce on... the wrap was going to be so hot, I could not eat it. I asked for another one and was charged for it. I kind of hoped I would notbe charged, but paid without a word as it was my fault for not clarifying. The only time I ever come here is to take advantage of the lunch combos. 10 wings and a big salad plus celery and carrots for... only 10 bucks is a tremendous deal. Otherwise I can't afford it. Read more

I can rate this on the customer side and the doordash side. Both are spiraling out of control. Food has been terrible at best... and everyone walks around with their head in the clouds. I have not been back as a sit-in or take out customer since thebeginning of this year and have no plans to be back. For doordash, when they first put the doordash shelf in for completedorders, I was told rudely to look at the shelf. To which I had already because there is a clear sign, but said shelf was emptyso I asked her what she suggests for the invisible order on the shelf. Then she reluctantly went to the back to check on it. I'malwaaaaaays waiting and tonight I unassigned my first delivery. The girl that I thought was helping me at the counter, didn'teven acknowledge the name I gave her, took off and never returned....I mean, maybe she did come back eventually, but she neversaid where she was going or that she would be back. As we all know, time is money and my time is real valuable when it comes todoordashing. If your store doesn't care for participating in doordashing then I suggest you consider dropping it because it'sdoing you a big disservice at the moment. Management really needs to get it together. Claire was so sweet. Always anticipating my young sons next need. Wings were very fresh, large, and covered in sauce. Delicious.
