The Whoppers are amazing but I had a very bad experience with customer service. I called the cab when I first walked in and they... charge a dollar a minute waiting and when I asked the girl at the cash register what was going on with my food she literallyjust completely ignored me somebody else had to answer me and I literally couldn't get this cashier to talk to me she was likehaving a panic attack because I was in a hurry and trying to get my food it was ridiculous. If the girl literally can't turnaround and ask the cook what's going on with my food she should not be at the registered. This place should be closed down. We'll first off the chicken sandwich ordered come with a hair in it. The sad part it was a... MANAGER cooking the food. Then when we took it up too the counter. The manager looked confused. Sorry wedid not order your hairin our food. Then we asked for ketchup for our fries. We were told sorry we don't have any. That's funny because the next tableover from us got some. Oh the ketchup dispenser where ketchup should be. WAS VERY NASTY DIRTY. Then the wall behind it had rustall over or mold. My son's chicken was old, and overcooked...the burgers weren't cooked or flame broiled well. Ppl/staff were friendly, food... could've been better, especially for the wait. We were the only ppl in drive thru... We waited for ten mins at the window andthe food wasn't fresh ???? Read more
Food was good nonetheless. But I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Ended up getting a regular chicken sandwich. Also got 2... original chicken sandwiches with no lettuce. The manager even said no lettuce to the workers in the back. Still got lettuce onboth sandwiches. I understand they were busy inside lobby and in drive thru. But 20 minutes to get incorrect items isridiculous. Read more
Never a problem with how the food taste. They could do a little about the dining area. Just like most drive through is where... they make the money now days. But a clean table would be nice. Read more
