This actually bums me out to write this. GT is usually one of my absolute favorite places to eat. Tonight was not a good... experience. The food was ok. My sister's steak was burnt and tasted like it. There was something odd on my burrito, which wasnot in the description. My daughter asked for a daiquiri, as it clearly stated on their menu, they had, "margaritas &daiquiris"...all the lady said was "no" my daughter tried clarifying if they just didn't have rum, lady said "no" very snotty.My daughter asks again, trying to understand, again "no". I then point out the "margaritas & daiquiris" on the menu and shecompletely ignored me. The gentleman who seated us and brought our food was very nice. We all needed refills and didn't evenget approached about a refill until she brought our check. She was nowhere to be found. Asking for refills seemed to bother her.My daughter, who has a 4 year old autistic son, and a 2 month old son, asked for a to go cup for the refill, since we had waitedso long, that seemed to annoy the lady. Asked for boxes to take home our leftovers....that seemed to annoy her. She just did notseem like she cared for us or the public. We are nice people, we are not rude, and the restaurant was not that busy, so thiswas very bothersome. Like I said, GT is normally one of my absolute go to's. Even taking my special education class there to eaton a class outing. Perhaps I'll just stick to the Grand Prairie location, even though this location is 3 minutes from my house???? Read more

So we came in for dinner and we order margitas and out food we only had 3 people each one drink and our total came to 100 bucks... asked why and she said cause of the drinks we asked why cause we thought the drinks was 6.25 which they were gross btw shedidn't even give us our checked just total and I asked why and she said the drinks were 11.99 and we said no we wanted the 6.25she didn't even ask us what size we wanted just gave us a big ones definitely if I could give zero stars I would cause not worththe money Read more
The absolute rudest people I have ever dealt with. Shorted my order 6 tacos. I called to have them redeliver and they told me to... come pick them up, when I argued with him and told him I paid for delivery, he hung up on me. We will never order or dine thereagain. If you are in Pekin and crave Mexican, do yourself a favor and just go to Hacienda. Service at Good Tequila’s was absolutely... awful. In addition to our personal service lacking, we also witnessed multiple customers standing for extended periods of timefor take out food without being greeted-only to just be pointed to their food sitting on a table once they were finallyacknowledged. Hot sauce was an up charge and we had to request it but it was house made and pretty good, so worth it. The restof the food left something to be desired. We will never be back. Read more
Got food for parents while in town visiting and probably the worst experience I’ve had eating. The whole parking lot was full... of trash and dirty. Then when I walked in the guy who was working was sitting at a table slouching not doing anything and wasNot very welcoming when I came in to get food. The food was expensive and they barley gave anything. My father got the t-boneand shrimp steak and it was tough to the point of not being able to eat it. The tacos that my significant and I split were $12for 4 tacos and it didn’t come with anything else and it was some of the worst and skimpy tacos I’ve ever had. Most of foodbought is being trashed cause it wasn’t good. I don’t leave bad reviews lightly as I am a server and cook and understandhow food business works and was overall not okay with what they gave us. In the past have had some issues, sometimes the grilled chicken had been very tough but this time my quesadilla had shredded... chicken and it was so good! I would recommend ordering the shredded chicken 12/10! The lunch special is great, very good priceswith large portions. The young boy that is the host and gets you your drinks/water is very sweet and polite. Some of the reviewson their page are harsh and I definitely think you should give them more than one chance. Not much flavor to the food. Everything prepared ultra-hot. Service, staff personality, everything else great.
