The was my first time dining at Hacienda (Pekin). Decor was nice and waiter was great,but the food could have been much better!... The food came out probably 2 minutes after ordering so you know it wasn't fresh and was barely warm probably put in a microwavefor a minute. I also ordered a large margarita on the rocks for 12 bucks that had little to no alcohol in it...I won't be back! Read more
