quaint little market, worth the stop! they support local farmers and businesses carrying meats, cheeses and milk,carry products... from Kathy's kitchen, specialty seasonings and sauces, jams,jelly and honey have a freezer with Uncle Bob's ice cream andfreshly made food and desserts . they have fresh vegetables and fruits in season, when available. Great place to buy home feed fresh meat and home grown veggies. Prices are in line for the quality of the food. They also make... fudge, cookies and more right in the store. Highly recommend! Read more
There's a very caring and nice group of folks running the place. We went on a Saturday and could smell a grill from the highway.... That was a surprise, but it brought us in. We were just looking for a farmers market and had the bonus of lunch. They arecommunity-oriented, with determined regulars coming in. The atmosphere is a comfortable one, with a small town feel to settleyou in. That was just the lunch before we had done our shopping. The store was very welcoming and I was very surprised at whatall they had! There's the produce, meat cuts sold fresh or frozen, and a selection of cheese I couldn't make up my mind about.They also had some novelty items I was pleasantly surprised at. If natural, local-grown food is what you're looking for: stopin. The rest is bonus. Read more
